The Story
This grand Walima was one of our most ambitious projects. The family wanted a complete Arabian dining experience — including 500 kg of Kuzhi Manthi cooked in 20 earth pits, live Al Faham grilling stations, and a 50-meter shawarma counter.
Our team of 80 chefs worked for 48 hours. The venue had hanging crescent lanterns, Persian carpet pathways, and a live Qawwali performance.
Feeding 2,000 guests with this quality seemed impossible. AL WAFA made it effortless. The Kuzhi Manthi was the best our family has ever tasted.
